About the Presenter

Katie Blevins (she/her) received her Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to her arrival at the Oregon DOJ, she was a tenured professor at the University of Idaho. In her role at the DOJ, she generates privacy policy, helps implement and enforce relevant privacy laws, and performs outreach on behalf of the citizens of Oregon.
